What We Build
Rising Creek Construction is a commercial general contractor serving the DFW Metroplex and North Texas. We build for developers, business owners, and tenants who need the job done right, on a schedule they can plan around. From ground-up shells to finished interiors, we manage the work, the trades, and the details so the building comes in the way it was drawn.
We don’t pad the schedule or sell you a deadline we don’t mean. You get an honest date — and we open the doors on it.
Project Types
Flex & Industrial
Multi-tenant flex buildings, warehouses, and light-industrial space built for how businesses actually operate. We handle the structure, the dock and grade-level access, and the site work that makes a building leasable from day one.
Retail
Standalone and multi-tenant retail built to draw customers and meet landlord and municipal requirements. We coordinate the finishes, signage provisions, and storefront work that put a tenant in business.
Office
Professional office space, from shell construction to fully built-out suites. We deliver clean, efficient environments that hold up to daily use and read as professional to everyone who walks in.
Metal Buildings
Pre-engineered and custom metal buildings for warehouse, distribution, shop, and light-industrial use. A proven, durable, cost-efficient way to put up large-footprint space fast — a core part of how we build across North Texas.
Tenant Improvement
Interior build-outs and renovations that turn raw or existing space into a working business. We sequence the work to limit disruption and get tenants operating on time, whether the space is empty or occupied next door.
Delivery Methods
Every project is different. We work in whatever delivery method fits the project, the owner, and the timeline — and we'll tell you straight which one makes the most sense for what you're building.
Design-Build
One contract, one accountable team for design and construction. We bring design and building under a single point of responsibility, which keeps decisions moving, controls cost early, and removes the finger-pointing that comes from splitting the two.
General Contracting
The traditional approach: you bring the completed drawings, we build them. We manage the subcontractors, the schedule, and the site, and we hold the work to the plans and specs you approved.
Construction Management at Risk
We come in early as your advisor during design, then commit to a guaranteed maximum price and deliver the project as the builder. You get our construction input while the project is still on paper, and price certainty before we break ground.
