Rising Creek Construction is a commercial general contractor based in Springtown, Texas, serving the DFW Metroplex and the surrounding region. We build ground-up commercial projects and tenant improvements — flex and industrial, retail, office, and metal buildings — for developers, investors, and business owners across North Texas.
We're a hands-on contractor. The people you talk to are the people accountable for your project. When you call, you reach someone who knows your job, not a queue.
How We Work
Construction comes down to doing what you said you'd do. We plan the work, communicate clearly, and hold the trades and the schedule to the standard we set going in. We'd rather give you a straight answer than an easy one, and we'd rather solve a problem early than explain it late.
We work in design-build, general contracting, and CM-at-risk, and we match the method to the project instead of forcing every job through the same process.
WHY WE DO IT THIS WAY
We’re a small shop that thinks big.
Somewhere along the way, owners got sold a false choice: hire the big-city firm and get the horsepower, or hire local and get somebody who actually answers. Pick one. We never bought it.
So we built the bench to prove it wrong. Most small shops around here run on 10 or 20 subs. We keep 300+ vetted subcontractors and suppliers. That depth protects you: a sub falls off a job — and eventually one does — and we re-quote fast instead of starting over. Every trade competes for your work, so your number comes back at honest market value — not a padded quote, and not a lowball that can’t make it to the finish.
And we run the business side like it’s part of the build. Most GCs keep it on a whiteboard and a truck full of receipts and reconcile the money at the end of the month — which is exactly why owners spend a whole project in the dark, bracing for a surprise. We built the systems behind your job — invoicing, project management, live job costing — and we’re still sharpening them every week. We put AI on the mundane parts: the tracking, the updates, the bookkeeping. Not because it’s flashy — because it keeps your numbers live and frees our people to stay on your building instead of buried in forms.
